How do we start working together?+
Share your idea through the contact form or WhatsApp. We schedule a free discovery call, understand your goals, and send a proposal with scope, timeline and team.
Do you sign an NDA?+
Yes. We're happy to sign an NDA before you share any confidential details — just tick the NDA box on the contact form.
Can you work with an idea that isn't fully defined?+
Absolutely. Our discovery phase turns rough ideas into clear requirements, user flows and a clickable prototype before development starts.
Do you work with startups or only large companies?+
Both. We help first-time founders launch MVPs and support established companies with complex platforms and dedicated teams.
Process & delivery
How long does a typical project take?+
An MVP usually ships in 6–10 weeks. Larger platforms are delivered in phases, with a working release every two weeks so you see progress continuously.
How will I know what's happening on my project?+
You get a dedicated project manager, weekly demos, a shared project board and a direct chat channel with the team.
Do you work with international clients and time zones?+
Yes. We overlap with US, UK/EU, Middle East and APAC hours and communicate over Slack, Teams, Google Meet and Zoom.
Can you take over an existing project?+
Yes. We start with a code and architecture audit, share findings honestly, and then stabilise and extend the product.
Pricing & ownership
How do you price projects?+
It depends on scope, complexity and team size. We offer fixed-scope projects, dedicated teams and time & material — and always share a transparent estimate before any work begins.
Who owns the code?+
You do, once the project is fully paid. The custom code we write for you is transferred to you; until full payment it stays with Nexabots. We keep ownership of our own reusable tools and libraries, and you get a licence to use them in your product.
Can I move to another company later?+
Yes. Once the project is fully paid, the code is yours to take anywhere. If you'd like us to document and hand over the project to another team, we offer that as a separate handover service.
What are the payment terms?+
Usually milestone-based for fixed projects and monthly for dedicated teams. Details are agreed in the contract before we start.
Support & security
Do you provide support after launch?+
Yes. Every project includes 1 month of free bug fixes after launch. After that, our support & maintenance plans cover monitoring, bug fixes, security updates, backups, performance tuning and new features.
What counts as a bug?+
A bug is something that doesn't work as agreed in the project scope. New features, design changes or changes made by another team aren't bugs — we're happy to handle them as a change request.
How do you keep our data secure?+
Least-privilege access, encrypted credentials, secure code practices, NDAs for every team member and security reviews before release.
Where will my application be hosted?+
Wherever suits you — AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or your own servers. We can also set up hosting in specific regions for data-residency needs.
