Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which Nexabots provides services. By using the website you agree to them.
1. About these terms
This website is operated by Nexabots ("Nexabots", "we", "us"). Services for clients are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work ("Agreement"). If anything in an Agreement conflicts with these terms, the Agreement prevails.
2. Using the website
- You may browse and share content from this website for personal or internal business purposes.
- You must not misuse the site — for example by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping at a scale that affects performance, or submitting false or abusive information through our forms.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
3. Intellectual property
The website, including the Nexabots name, logo, design, text and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or use our brand assets without written permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.
For client work, unless the Agreement says otherwise, ownership of the custom source code and deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client once all fees for the project have been paid in full. Until then, they remain the property of Nexabots. We retain ownership of our pre-existing and reusable tools, libraries, components and know-how; where these are included in a deliverable, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them as part of that deliverable.
4. Post-launch bug fixes
Unless the Agreement says otherwise, each project includes one (1) month of free bug fixes starting from the launch or handover date. A bug means a defect where the delivered work does not perform as described in the agreed scope. This does not cover new features, design changes, issues caused by third-party services, or any changes made to the code by the client or another party — such changes end the free bug-fix period for the affected parts. Support after this period is available through our maintenance plans.
5. Proposals and estimates
Estimates, timelines and proposals are based on the information available at the time and are valid for the period stated in them. They do not form a binding contract until an Agreement is signed or accepted in writing.
6. Payments
Fees, invoicing schedules and payment terms are set out in each Agreement. Late payments may pause work. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged in addition unless stated otherwise. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information you share about your business as confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our liability for client services is set out in the relevant Agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law. See also our Disclaimer.
9. Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in an Agreement.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
